Healthy Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to eat your veggies! And, to do it quickly.
When I first switched to a healthy plant-based diet, smoothies were my first move.
Why? Because it truly is one of the simplest ways to get more veggies and fruits into your diet. And, we love simple. Especially when getting started with a vegan diet – not exactly sure what your new routine will be!
You can really make your healthy smoothies yummy, even the green ones. With just a few tips!
There are so many great reasons to drink vegan, plant-based, healthy smoothies. They’re perfect for weight loss and weight management. They easily replace unhealthy snacks, and are a great option for kids!
When you’re in the mood for a chocolatey treat, go for the Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie.
When you want something cool, refreshing and uplifting, swirl up the Berry Smoothie that’s loaded up with antioxidants. Even this green smoothie recipe has sweetness, so it’ll be fun and taste like you’re having a treat.
Once you’ve had a few smoothies to replace your typical snacks, your body will start to crave them. I know mine does!
Really, I mean it. The BEST part about drinking healthy plant-based smoothies is the energy you feel from drinking them.
You’ll love the satisfying sweetness of the fruit! And, you’ll feel proud of yourself for doing something healthy for your body. Away with the bad “junk food” snack guilt!
When your go-to snack is a blend of fruit and veggies in a healthy smoothie, you’ve gained control over your snacking and you should feel really great about that.
