Tahini Lemon Dressing
This silky, creamy dressing is perfect when you’re craving a smooth, creamy topping for your veggies.
You can make it as thick as you’d like depending on your mood! I like to make mine pretty thick and store it in the fridge.
Then, when it’s time to use it I can thin it out with some warm water depending on how light of a dressing I want. It can be wonderful on baked potatoes, grain bowls, or even as a dip for veggies!
¼ cup Tahini
1 juiced Lemon
1 clove of garlic, minced
Salt, pepper
⅓ cup of water (to your thickness preference)
Whisk these ingredients together in a bowl. Store in the fridge until you’re ready to use it.
Carrot-Ginger Dressing
This is a zingy and zesty vegan salad dressing! Bright, colorful, and definitely a great addition of flavor that brings your veggies alive.
You could use less oil if you’d like. Also, you may want to add more honey depending on how sweet you like it!
Making your own dressings means making them exactly how you like them.
⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
⅓ cup of rice vinegar
2 large carrots, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
1 tablespoon diced ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Dash of salt (to your taste)
