What you’ll need:
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of non-dairy milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/2 banana, sliced
What to do: Stir all ingredients together in a small jar and add the lid. Store in the fridge for at least 5 hours or overnight.
Overnight Oats with Berries
What you’ll need:

1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 cup of raspberries and blueberries
